Every little baby doll needs a ruffle dress in their wardrobe. The dress has 3 ruffles in the skirt section and closes in the back with 3 buttons. A bow adorns the center front waist.

As a special finishing touch, the pattern includes instructions to knit the hair tie.

This very easy pattern uses only purl and knit stitches. Knit flat from bottom upwards. Cast on extra stitches to create the sleeves.

Stitches used: knit, purl.

Recommended Yarn: Any 4 ply / Fingering that will give you the appropriate gauge. Main pattern example used: Nako Astra ® Bebe 100 - about 30 grams (107.7 meters /117.8 yards). Colorway: Orange. Nako Astra ® Bebe 100 - very small amount for the bow and hair tie. Colorway: Yellow.

Supplies Needed:

Yarn - Any 4 ply / Fingering that will give you the appropriate gauge.

Other supplies:
• Straight or circular knitting needles sizes US 2 + 2.5 (2.75 mm + 3 mm).
• DPNS size US 2 (2.75 mm) x 2 to help with the extra stitches when joining the sleeves.
• Buttons x 3 (for the back closure).
• Row counter or a pencil to tick off the rows as you knit.
• Tapestry + ordinary sewing needle.
• Small scissors.
• Ruler or tape measure.
