This pattern, like all the patterns from Big & Little Sweaters, comes in a range of sizes from 24” to 48” (actual measurements) in six different silhouettes - three are sleeveless: a v-neck “slipover” (vest) or waistcoat (button front vest with pockets) or a crew neck “short top” with pockets. The other three have long sleeves with modified drop shoulders. One is a pull over crew neck sweater, another is a jacket (a v-neck with a shawl collar and pockets) and the third is a cardigan (crew neck, with pockets). All silhouettes use 6 colors, except for the short top, which uses only 5. For most sizes and silhouettes, only one 125-yd ball of DK weight yarn is needed for each contrast color, so for the smallest sizes, partial balls of contrast colors would absolutely work.

This pattern also came in kit form.
