Wildflower Earrings
A lacy granny square earring pattern that will have you feeling all kinds of fancy! Whip these up in under 30 minutes! It’s a perfect pattern for last minute gifts or craft fairs or your preferred product-sales platform!
This is an advanced beginner pattern. If you have not worked with thread before, consider using the smallest size yarn and hook that you are comfortable with and work yourself down to thread/1.75mm hook.
Materials for Earrings
• Size 10 or 5 cotton or linen thread or any yarn with appropriate size hook
• US Size 1.75mm crochet hook (1.8mm will also work)
• 2 fish hook ear-wires
• Flat nose pliers
• Needle to weave in ends
• (Optional) Aleene’s Stiffen Quik or any other brand clear-drying fabric stiffening spray
Recommended Threads:
• HL Cotton Pearl 5
• DMC Perle Coton 5
• Linen Spirit Thread
• HL Artiste Cotton Thread, size 10
• Aunt Lydia’s Crochet Thread, Classic 10
• Lizbeth Cotton Thread, size 10
Size: approximately 1 7/8” x 1 7/8” measured from point to point
