Winter Frost is a crescent shawl with interesting texture and colour play. It’s knitted from the top down with two colours of DK weight yarn. And there’s no purling!
Winter Frost plays with Open Star Stitch in two colours. It creates a beautiful texture that’s open and airy as well as cosy. This delightful shawl is relaxing to knit and looks beautiful wrapped around your neck.

Two colours of The Fibre Co. Acadia (60% wool, 20% alpaca, 20% silk; 133 m / 145 yds per 50 g). Shown in colours Moraine (C1) and Sand (C2).
Or similar DK weight yarn.

Colour 2 (C2): 253 m / 276 yds
