winterforest socks
Winter is coming and snow start falling at night.
I wanted to draw snow covered evergreen in a winter forest.
I just used yarn, not a crayon.
FINISHED MEASUREMENT
8¼”/ 21cm from cuff to heel and 9½”/ 24cm from heel to toe.
S-M (M-L)/7¾ (8¼)”/ 19.5 (21) cm of foot circumferences.
MATERIALS
Yarn Knit Picks Stroll Fingering 75% Superwashed Merino Wool, 25% Nylon; 231yd (211m)/50g Sapphire Heather 1 ball (MC) and White 1 ball (CC).
Needles US size 1(2.25mm) 32”/80cm cir for magic loop method. Feel free to change smaller or larger size needle for narrow or wide foot.
Notions Tapestry needle, markers.
GAUGE
18sts and 22 rounds in St sts over 2”/5cm.
