Xóchitl (SO-cheel) means flower in the Aztec language, Nahuatl. Xóchitl is the name of an Aztec princess. There are many legends associated with this name.

• Curio #10 Cotton Thread (aff link) 9-12 yards
• 1.75 mm hook
• Needle
• 2 fish earring hooks
• Aleene’s Stiffen Quik or any other brand clear drying fabric stiffening spray
• Flat-nosed jewelry pliers
• Blocking mat (Optional)
• Wax Paper or Plastic Wrap (Optional)
• Pins (Optional)

Sizes
Full Bloom Xóchitl – 12 yards
1 3/8” x 1 3/8”

Partial Bloom Xóchitl – 9 yards
1 1/8” x 1 3/8”
