The cuff is made from three strands of Mohair Mix from Icewear Garn and one thread of Artic from Icewear Garn. The cuff turned out very soft and the look is exactly what I had in mind when I started looking for the yarn for the cuffs. The body of the mittens is knitted with two colors of Artic from Icewear Garn. Artic is a prefect yarn for mittens. It is soft and warm and a delight to knit with.

The mittens are worked in the round from bottom to top using 5 double pointed needles, followed by knitting the thumbs using 4 double pointed needles.

Begin with needles US 2.5 (3 mm) and knit the cuff with three strands of Mohair Mix and one strand of Artic. Change to needle size US 1.5 (2.5 mm) and knit the body of the mittens.
For a par of mittens, you need one skein of each color of Artic from Icewear garn and one skein of Mohair Mix from Icewear Garn.

Stroffið er prjónað með þremur þráðum af Mohair Mix og einum þræði af Artic frá Icewear Garn, á prjóna nr 3.
Mohair Mix er mjög mjúkt og útkoman er einmitt það sem ég hafði séð fyrir mér, loðið og lifandi.
