Needles Size 2 (2.75 mm): set of double-pointed (dpn) or circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m); tapestry needle; fiberfill.

• The front and back of the ornament are worked from the points to the center. Each point is worked separately, then they are joined to work in the round toward the center. The front and back are identical. They are sewn together, and the ornament is lightly stuffed.

• After working a point, it is “parked” on a spare needle. If using doublepointed needles, slip the stitches to an unused needle. If using a long circular needle for the Magic Loop technique, simply slide the stitches onto the cord of the circular needle.
