Knitting: Cowl
I am a Dr. Who fan and have always loved what I see as the ‘tilting TARDIS’ pattern. I have wanted to incorporate it into a design for a long time, and this Fall gave me the opportunity. I liked the idea of leaves growing into the TARDIS design. The title of the design does not refer to Dr. Who as I did not wish to engage in a copywrite dispute.
Knitting: Cowl
A provisional cast-on is used in this pattern to enable you to join it in the round using live stitches to achieve a more ‘seamless’ join. You may choose to use a regular cast-on and leave it flat as a scarf or join with a more traditional seam.

Lacy, buttersoft cowl. Pattern used nearly all of one hank of Chalet. Can substitute with another chunky/bulky yarn; 3 stitches = 1”.
Knitting: Tote
This handy tote can be made larger to handle big projects (just add more stripe rows), or smaller, as desired. You hold 2 strands of worsted weight throughout the project and a size 11 or 13 needle can be used. Gauge is not terribly important as it is going to be felted.
