While I was watching “Outlander” on Starz, I caught a glimpse of one of the wedding guests wearing a crescent-shaped ruffled shawl, and I just knew I had to have one! Thus, the Wedding Guest Shawl was born. The body of the shawl is formed with simple increases and decreases, and the ruffle is created at the same time with short rows.
