Pattern:The lace and twisted stitch pattern on this stole reminds me of the leaves of the Mimosa Pudica or "sensitive plant", also commonly called Nidikumba. The pattern includes charts.

Named after the folded fans this design evokes, these socks have a pattern that works nicely with a self-striping yarn. The pattern ends in a V on the instep and continues in 1x1 twisted ribbing. The sock is knit from the top down and the pattern includes charts.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
The Gasteropoda fingerless mitts are named after a snail for the snail-like spiraling. The slow changing of the color of the yarn is shown off by this construction.

These socks are knit from the top down using a construction created by Cat Bordhi. She calls this construction the “Sky” construction in her book, New Pathways for Sock Knitters.
