One day I was thinking of making a nice warm—yet lightweight—sweater for myself and went through my stash. I found some very soft pleasant yarn that I kept for the swatches, and for this reason it was mostly in (cold) neutrals. And only so much of the same yarn was in bright warm color. So I decided to make it striped.
