This year’s Tiny Tyrant Designs pattern for the DFW Designers Volume 2 collection is part of a kindred pair: one knit and one crochet.

A year or so ago a friend’s niece begged me to just whip her up a cozy for her ice cream pints.

A friend and I are math geeks and we both recently got a pattern that the math just wouldn’t work on. No way, no how! So I rewrote that pattern using a crescent upper and using the pattern’s lace border, in which the math finally worked.

This is my first pattern so please be gentle.
