I’ve been a tinkerer and maker pretty much since I learned fine motor skills! I taught myself to knit in 2009, and since then it has played an increasingly significant role in my life.

I ventured into designing knitwear in the spring of 2019. I’d long thought it was too difficult for a wee lil knitter like me, but I had a moment of why not? that, fatefully, proved to have no compelling answer. I have loved the renewed energy and challenge that designing has given me, and even more so I love sharing my visions and designs with knitters worldwide!

I’m an east coast native, but I’ve called Portland, Oregon home since summer 2008. I have a private practice in mental health therapy, which has given me the freedom and flexibility to seek variety for a full life. Knitting and making is a perfect counterbalance to my work, and I’m so grateful to be a part of this creative community. Thank you for stopping by!
