I’m a very lucky Mum, living in a small Cheshire village with my husband and two daughters. I knit, crochet, garden, walk the dog and write my blog with the intention of ‘looking for the extraordinary in the everyday’.

In 2015, I started the Winwick Mum Sockalong which is a series of free step-by-step tutorials to help beginners knit a pair of cuff down socks. I am proud to work with West Yorkshire Spinners to design patterns for their portfolio (in particular, their Christmas yarns), and in collaboration to produce the Winwick Mum Collection of Signature 4ply yarns and patterns.
