This is a fun to knit hat, watching the “caterpillars” climb all the way to the top of the crown. It is meant to be worn with 3-4”/7.5-10 cm of negative ease to fit snugly, sitting just above the bottom of the earlobes.

The sample yarns I used are on the light side of aran so worsted weight could easily be used instead.

Circumference 14.5”/36.25cm-15.75”/39.5cm-17”/42.5cm-18.25”/45.5cm-19.5”/48.75cm to be worn with 3-4” negative ease.
