Did you know that champagne wasn’t always served in tall, skinny champagne flutes? A hundred years ago it was served in champagne cups, stemmed glasses with a wide, bowl-shaped top. Short and squat, champagne cups are the visual opposite of champagne flutes, and I absolutely love them. They have such an elegant, vintage charm…and honestly, it’s so much easier to drink out of them! I don’t feel like I’m going to get my nose stuck.
The Champagne Cups tee is a cute, boxy tee with a scooped neck, raglan shaping, and textured side panels that remind me of, yes, champagne cups. It’s knit seamlessly from the top down, looks great with jeans and skirts and is a perfect addition to your Spring and Summer wardrobe.
