This pattern, as all my pattern, comes in English as well as in Swedish.

The Coming Home cardigan is knitted top down, back and forth, with raglan increases. The yoke is worked in stockinette stitch as a canvas to later decorate with embroidery. The body is knitted in a fine textured pattern.
There are instructions and a video tutorial for the embroidery on the pictures. You can also do your own embroidery motif.
