Deep Sea Abyss was inspired by the colours of the sea, as you move deeper into the mystery below. Using the Lookin’ Fine in my New Blue Jeans gradient colourway from Ancient Arts Yarns, and the intricate cable pattern down the spine, the eyes are drawn down, into the deep dark colour of the unknown.

This pattern is knit as one piece, with no seaming required, with the exception of minor seaming at the underarm connection. The top of the cardigan is shaped using a series of decreases to create raglan shaping without the need to set the sleeves in afterwards. Garter stitch surrounds the hemline, the cuffs and the collar and can be made wider to meet the desire of the knitter.
