Folk Fairisle Cushion
The beautiful FOLK FAIRISLE CUSHION was a very popular project at the first FAIRISLE IN THE LAKES workshop holiday in November and December 2018 and then at two day workshops in 2019. It then became a very popular kit. It uses 12 colours of BRITISH BREEDS, which are listed below and is worked in a stepped repeat pattern. Section one is worked, casting off stitches at the start of a new fairisle stripe. Section two is worked the same way but is joined to section one during the knitting.
