This quick and easy stitch pattern is handsome on both sides! The skinny, vertical ribs would make a flattering sweater. The pattern has only 2 rows and one of them is “knit across”! Cast on any multiple of 5 stitches. This is a great “keep hands busy/divided attention” type pattern.

Skills needed: cast on, knit, purl and bind off in knit stitch.

Gauge is not important in this pattern. Any block-able yarn/thread will work. Make a swatch to check gauge and appearance.
