A little retro and a lot of fun, the Let the Good Times Roll sweater conjures up the 1980’s fashions and roller discos-permed and teased hair, neon clothing, and aerobic legwarmers. Roller disco fashion was not just restricted to the rink, it encroached into everyday clothing - with brighter and bolder colours. To be in fashion, you could wear any colour, as long as it was neon.

With Let the Good Times Roll, you can choose your favourite colours to match that pair of roller skates you’ve been wanting to take out for a spin or just enjoy wearing it for fun!

Let the Good Times Roll sweater has been created as a part of the La Bien Aimée yarn support for independent designers.

Let the Good Times Roll sweater is worked flat and with the Front, Back and sleeves knitted separately in pieces from the bottom up, then seamed together after completion. The back and front pieces are knit using the intarsia colourwork technique and the sleeves are knit in stocking stitch in a stripe pattern. The sweater has a slightly cropped length and is intended to have positive ease with modified drop shoulder sleeves.

The pattern has been fully charted.
