The Marge Hat is worked seamlessly top-down in the round, beginning at the crown and progressing downwards to the brim. The crown features clear, symmetrical increases arranged neatly into a 1x1 rib pattern, creating a polished and visually appealing texture. Once the desired hat circumference is reached, the body continues in straightforward 1x1 ribbing to ensure a comfortable and stretchy fit.
This design offers flexibility in brim length—knit either a single or double-folded brim according to preference, or continue knitting to utilize available yarn fully. The hat is completed with a neat and stretchy Tubular bind-off, providing an elegant finishing touch.
