A simple-to-knit shawlette that can be made in 4ply, 3ply or sock yarn. You will need 100gr yarn and 102 beads to make this design. The pink shawlette in the picture was made from pure silk which has a beautiful drape, and the striped version was knitted in sock yarn.

Worked entirely in garter stitch, this design is easy enough for a new knitter to tackle.
