This lacy, crescent-shaped shawlette fits neatly around the shoulders. Knitted in 4 ply or laceweight yarn and featuring a delicate eyelet pattern it’s a breeze to knit. The knitting starts at the long cast-on edge with a gently scalloped edging, then decreases towards the centre.

You will need 100gr of 4 ply or laceweight yarn. The shawlette is worked on 4mm needles and the finished fabric is light and lacy. Tension/gauge is unimportant since the yarn is knitted on a larger size needle than usual for 4 ply/laceweight.
