Product Description
My Romance by designer Shannon Mullett-Bowlsby of Shibaguyz Designz. This pattern is available in 6 sizes (XS to 2X) using only 2 or 3 hanks of yarn, shown in Buffalo Gold Lux Lace, 45% Bison Down, 205 Cashmere, 20% Silk, 15% Tencel.

This Flowing top is knit on size 10 needles resulting in a light and airy fabric that floats on the skin and is ideal for layering over a favorite tank or cami. Composed of three easy pieces, with minimal finishing work, “My Romance” is the perfect project for all skill levels from beginner through advance. the result is a timeless classic in a luxurious yarn. The model is shown in an XS size, using only 1.5 skeins of “Lux” yarn. Shown in Buffalo Gold Premium Fibers Lux Lupin colorway.

This patterns is gauged to work with any of our other lace weight yarns also, Heaven, Lux, Moon-Lite yarns.

CIRCULAR KNITTING NEEDLE: Size US 10 6mm, 32” long, or size to obtain gauge
ADDITIONAL MATERIALS: Stitch holder, yarn needle and a sewing needle.

SPECIAL TECHNIQUE Stretchy Bind Off: Slip 1, k1, insert left needle into the 2 sts on right needle and k them tog through back loops (tbl), k1, insert left needle into the 2 sts on right needle and k them tog tbl; repeat from until only 1 st rem. Fasten off.

NOTES

  1. Garment is worked in rounds from the lower edge up to the underarms. The piece is then divided for armholes, and the front and back are worked separately, back and forth in rows.
  2. There is no armhole shaping and no neckline shaping. 3. Sleeves are worked separately, back and forth in rows.
