This doll hat will fit Nendoroid or any doll with a 5.5” circumference head. This simple little hat takes just a couple of hours to make. It’s fun to decorate it, too! I recommend using colors that coordinate with your doll’s outfit but the colors are up to you – of course!
Note: For Obitsu 11 dolls, cast on 50 sts (not 55), don’t decrease in the last purl row before the crown section and work the stocking hat crown section. (The smaller stitch count won’t work for the pointy crown section.)
Skills needed: any stretchy cast-on (I used e-wrap cast-on), knit, purl, k2tog, gather stitches and sew a seam.

Any yarn/thread and any size needles that meet gauge will work. Make a small swatch to check size and appearance.

3 10-yard skeins of DMC Threadship thread will make a hat: 1 skein for the cuff and 2 skeins for the body of the hat. Colors used: 6010 red, 6170 white, 6189 black. Threadship thread is very slightly thicker than DMC #8 pearl cotton.
