One Giraffe in a Million is a fun, shaped dishcloth knit in the form of a giraffe’s face, complete with ears, horns, eyes, and a soft muzzle.
It brings a little cheer to any kitchen or bathroom and makes a memorable handmade gift.
Stitches used: k2tog, kfb, and ssk.
A shaped cloth like this is a satisfying step up once you are comfortable with basic increases and decreases, and the giraffe takes shape in your hands as you go.
Designed by Julie Anderson of The Byrd’s Nest, an early childhood educator with a Master’s in special education who spent years teaching beginner knitting.
