Ribbed Hat With Peaked Crown
CONSTRUCTION OVERVIEW
Rhin is an allover ribbed hat with a roll-up brim and a flat, squared-off crown. Hat begins with a Long-tail Cast On and is worked from brim to crown. The crown is shaped with cabled decreases and joined using the Modified Three Needle Bind Off. Both written and charted instructions are included.

NOTE: Rib fabric will stretch to fit most adult head sizes. All sizes use the same unstretched brim circumference. Lengths are adjusted to give the hat a proper fit.

85% Cormo Wool; 15% wool
250 yards per 100 g skein
1 skein or 150 (155, 170) yards of DK weight yarn

NEEDLES
Main Fabric Needle: US 5 (3.75 mm): 16” circular and dpns or 32” for working magic loop
Adjust your needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
GAUGE
25 sts and 31 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in 2x2 Rib on Main Fabric Needle, after wet-blocking
