Tree Dude is a great toy with a lot of texture.

It is knit in the round, and uses the loop stitch for the foliage. If loop stitch is not for you, I suggest using a yarn with texture, such as fun fur for the foliage.

The pattern works great with any weight yarn, so you can make a whole family of Tree Dudes or a Tree Dude for every season!
