Veja is a striking accessory that immediately catch the eye with its bold geometric pattern. The symphony of shapes sculpted in its fabric, forms an intricate design that seems to dance and play with the light. This amazing texture is achieved using Twisted stitch technique and the motif is in fact a modification of one out of the several included in the fabulous Norah Gaughan’s book “Twisted stitch sourcebook”.
The hat has a comfortable fit and will accommodate most adult heads. It is designed to fit as a beanie, but you can customize your own making it larger, deeper (for a slightly slouchy version), with folded brim or adding details like a pompom.

Sizes to fit: one size, stretchy, it will fit most adult sizes.

Gauge: 25 sts x 32 rounds = 10 cm /4” with 3.25 mm (US 3) needle in 2 x 2 ribbing after blocking.

Needle: 3.25 mm (US 3) and 3.5 mm (US 4) or needle size needed to obtain the gauge, DPNs size 3.5 mm (US 4) one set.
