This runner was inspired by the layers of blue of the summer sea. The pattern is knitted horizontally and can be extended to any desired length. If lengthened it can also be used as a light summer shawl or scarf. The measurements for this pattern fit a smaller table.

Yarn
The runner is knitted in JW (jumperweight) yarn.

A: 50g Bilberry Heath
B: 50g Speedwell Heath
C: 50g Bluebell Meal

Notice that you will need to add more yarn if you want to extend the length of your piece.

Needle size
4mm.

Tension
16 sts x 32 rows over lace pattern (after blocking) = 10 cm. The width will depend on how strongly you tease the piece when blocking.
It is always wise to do a swatch to establish your tension; adjust your needle size accordingly.

Size
Width: ca 30.5 cm / 12 in
Length: ca 71 cm / 28 in (or any chosen length).
You can extend the length by making more pattern repeats. Size can also be adjusted by using larger or smaller needles.
