Laura Lam’s novel Goldilocks is a high-powered, high-concept feminist dystopian thriller about an all-female space crew on a mission to save humanity. The starting point for these mitts was the icy blue shade of Julie Asselin Nurtured, called Through The Looking Glass. Colorwork ideas in a muted wintry palette started to form in my head, though these mitts would look equally good in a brighter, higher contrast combination.
