Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
A half pi shawl is a wondrous thing! It is incredible how the semi-circular shaping comes from such simple mathematical theories – which you don’t need to know or understand . Quite simply you double the number of stitches across a row (apart from in the border for this shawl) once the number of rows worked has been doubled.
Knitting: Cowl
This cowl is shaped to fit around your neck snuggly, with its wonderful squishy pattern, and will keep out those draughts. By the use of a few extra buttons, it can be worn in different ways, either inside the neck of a coat or outside.
