This sweater got its inspiration while I was sitting in a boat fishing with my husband on the lake next to our cabin. Havas means fishnet in Finnish and the beautiful cable pattern reminds me of it.

Kiiruna is knitted starting from the neck, in the middle of the long edge. It has a simple stockinette stitch section and a beautiful lace section in the end. Kiiruna is a bird which lives in the arctic. Shawl’s lace section reminds it’s beautiful and warm feathers, which keep it warm and cozy.
