The Whipsaw Collection pulls together four designs using a favorite stitch of mine. The Whipsaw Stitch is an intriguing back-and-forth eyelet pattern that looks like complicated cables, but is made up of simple increases and decreases balanced with yarn-overs.

I enjoyed using the two-sized honeycomb motif in both my Sourwood Shawl and Sourwood Pullover, especially with a color-shifting yarn for the background. Next up: a cowl.

I loved the crossed stitch I used in the yoke of my Media Tee and Media Shawl. Here, in the Wynnefield Shawl, I’ve tweaked the stitch pattern from garter stitch in between the bands of crosses to Stockinette stitch. Quite a difference a little change makes!

Adam features bands of texture alternating with Stockinette stitch on the front and back and solid Stockinette stitch sleeves. The bottom and sleeve edges are tipped in a contrast colored garter stitch band as is the Henley neckline.
