This delicate cardigan with its beautiful lace detail at the back and down the front, is worked sideways as 2 panels. Each panel is folded in half to form the front and back. Tapered sleeves are added and a simple edge finishes the cardigan.

This lacy crocheted cardigan is constructed as 3 rectangles. The 2 front panels are worked separately from the top down. The back is then worked from the i-cord start of the 2 front panels, from the top down. Sleeves are added onto the body, after which the side of the body and sleeves are seamed.
