My grandmother taught me how to knit, needlepoint and crochet when I was a child. She lived in Missouri, and I lived in Connecticut, but somehow she managed to teach me over the course of a few brief visits. After a long break, I got back into knitting in 2006. My grandmother had handed down her collection of needles to me, and I think she would be delighted by how much I enjoy them. I knit whenever I can, and when I can’t, I’m usually thinking about it!
