SSKnits designs are named for the first set of designs that I ever had published way back in 1987, “Simply Sensational Knits”. They were a group of 5 summer sweaters I designed while on maternity leave following the birth of my first daughter. Since then, I have been designing both knit and crochet items for myself, my family, and my friends. Many are published; others are simply one-of-a-kind.
I spend a lot of time tech editing knit and crochet patterns for others, but I try to work a few rows of whatever might be on my needles/hook every day.
Stitching soothes, and creating designs satisfies.
