Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Fire is a fiery combination of simple lace and cable columns, inspired by bonfires. The design has a relaxed lace pattern, resembling sparks flying in the air. Towards the end, you’ll add staggered cable columns and finish with some garter stitch. All easy yet addictive knitting – perfect for mindful knitting sessions.
Knitting: Knee-highs
In December 2015 I participated in an advent calendar swap. Send out six 5g miniskeins to four people and get 24 miniskeins yourself. I wanted to use up as much as I could of the skeins I got, so I came up with these striped knee-high socks. They are toe-up socks, with an afterthought heel and a twisted rib cuff.
